Starting Your Video Scrapbook

Majestic Video recommends you follow these
steps to start your project

1. Select your photos, home video, newspaper clips, mementos, etc., and put them in order. Each photo is displayed for approx. 6 seconds, or 10 per minute.

2. Number Post-It notes with ball point pen and place on back of photos. If special occasion, identify on note (e.g. "10th Birthday") If multiple people are in the photo, please point out the focus person. (Write on note BEFORE placing on photo; a pen will indent the photo's surface)

3. Choose your background music. We prefer music on CD or cassette. If you do not have the music we can purchase legal copies of the songs for $1.50 each. Indicate what song goes with what range of pictures (e.g. "Song A" goes with photos 1-23).

4. Determine the title (displayed at start) and closing message (cinema scrolled on last picture). Determine additional titles if necessary for your package type.

5. If you are ordering a DVD, make sure your DVD player is DVD-R compliant.
Note: A DVD is recommended for looping (repeating) playback at social gatherings.

6. Package your photos, audio, video tapes and any mementos together and drop off at or mail to our studio. Enclose any special instructions and the date of your event.
